So, if I was tinkering with going to Hub 3, how much longer do I have before I have to buy a ticket? I see that Gold and Silver are already sold out, and that's fine. But I don't want to dither too long. If it turns out that I cannot go, can I give my reg away?

I'd delay buying the ticket until you're sure. They don't do refunds or transfers.

It's not so much that I'm unsure that I'm going (though I am), but that I don't want to say, like, decide to go in a few months and find out that the con is sold out.

I'll still go then, I'll just not be attending anything. And that would make me a SAD PANDA.

They still had standards on the door, back in October, when JB was there. But if Showmasters announce Someone Else (who's confirmed as going to Hallowhedon, the following weekend), then even the standards will sell out, I suspect.
