DON'T SAVE ANYTHING NEW.

Um, there are ways to retrieve things that have been deleted, if the memory is still intact. I would just call your local tech support/techy friend, but there programs to buy (http://www.tech-pro.net/how-to-recover-deleted-files.html) that will do it for you.

But if it's real computer problem, then I recommend reddevilpoes's method.

I know the feeling. I was sewing an annoying piece yesterday and after I got it all done I realized I had sewn the incorrect sides together. Rawr. I had to rip out all my stitching and start over..LAME.
