Exercise calories burnt: 2824 (I THINK I MISTRUST Daily Mile's calculator for this.)
Other cardio: NOOOOOONE!
Milestone: Started running OUTSIDE. Awesome fun! I use a knee brace, and it doesn't hurt as much. OH MY GOD HILLS WTF GOD WHY DID YOU MAKE THESE THINGS.
Last week's average weight: 168.2
Today's weight: 166.8
This week's average weight: 167.5
Loss/Gain: -.7
