I was walking yesterday outside and misstepped and sprained my ankle quite badly. I wasn't in heels, I wasn't running, I didn't trip, I didn't fall. I was just walking (on some cobbles) and BAM, ANKLE PAIN/SPRAIN.
Got it checked out at a clinic (yay free NHS) just in case because I had pretty much zero range of motion in the ankle (I'm up to roughly an inch up and down now). I'm hobbling around and keeping my leg up now. Cat thinks attacking my toes then is funny. I don't.
To sum up: Universe is clearly out to get us
