Okay, so here's the thing.

1. Apparently there's a Torchwood con in Chicago.
2. I am already going to Hub 3 in October, and for many reasons I shall be going to that not, the least of which is that I shall be bumming about the UK like a moron for a bit longer.
3. HOWEVER, GDL (aka terrifying boycrush approaching Peter Wingfield levels) will be at the con in Chicago.
4. OTOH, I never go to/meet the celebs at cons. It gives me the wiggins.
5. But GDL.
6. Nope. No Chicago for me.
7. GDL.

Question: weep nao. Y/Y?

I have finally caved and am going to the supernatural convention in the UK. Not at all sure I want to be in the same time zone as the screaming girlies, but have totally peter wingfield style crush on Jensen Ackles. I can't decide if I am happy to be going or a totally sad individual. Probably both.

Which one is Jensen? I watched a few clips from the show the other night (for the LULZ) and I have to admit, that Dean's voice? Fucking smooth.

At 6foot1 he is the shorter, older brother aka Dean. So you have great taste!!

When I first watched the show I thought it was bearable - monster hunt of the week with hot guys and cool car. I'd watch it if it was on. Then I caught an episode which blew me away and have watched the rest as an addict.

Not to mention the more I see of Dean/Jensen the hotter he gets.

I won't say the series if flawless- it has more than a few faults which are annoying. But it's self depreciating sense of humour and occasionally stunningly written stories along with an arc that takes few or no prisoners have kept me following.

For a good laugh, look up an out take on youtube - Eye of the tiger Supernatural. You should get a clip of my boy when his costar intentionally missed his cue and left him hanging.....
