Hai, I have books I'mma pitch. I am offering them for free (well, five bucks and under). Trust. If you pay the shipping, I will haul my ass to the post office for you. and I will send them as cheaply as possible, and you can paypal me AFTER you get them. Yeah?

LIST SO FAR (otherwise I'm going to recycle them)

Snowcrash, Neal Stephenson (dogeared paperback)
Drugs and Rights, Douglas N Husak (trade paperback. Out of print)
The Epic of Gilgamesh (verse translation by Danny P Jackson)-- I like mine better and I can't resell because the uni sale sticker won't come off the back nicely. Otherwise, perfect. Trade paperback.
The Iliad, translated by Robert Fagles. I have many copies, and this one is too many. Paperback, worn at the edges but solid. Trade paperback
Pornography and censorship edited by Copp and Wendell. (this one is trade paperback and a little chipped but solid. I will warn you it's heavy.)
The British Political Process: Concentrated Power versus Accountability, Jorgen S. Rasmussen (dogeared cornered trade paperback with a bookstore sticker on back).

More later as I come across them.

Just a quick note - by 'recycle' I hope you meant 'donate to my local public library.'

Back to lurking.

They don't want them. Not even to sell. By recycle I mean pitch in the recycle dumpster.

That is retardaculous. Those aren't like shitty Reader's Digest Condensed books neither (which we don't accept) but books we would actually sell! Boo to your public library then, good madam, and I hope you find homes for them before they are committed to the cold darkness of the recycling dumpster.

Probably too late at this point, but do you know about bookcrossing.com? You could just leave them somewhere and they'll make their way across the world.
