In February, emquilxy and I tried to take a pierogie making class. Alas it was cancelled due to lack of interest, but that was just as well, because it was scheduled for the day of SNOWPOCALYPSE.

AND NOW, WE REVISIT:

emquilxy: Gaynor's just posted a Pierogie class for Wednesday 10/27 at 6pm. I know its a ways out there, but should I book it? I would hate for a whole year to go by before you get to cash in your Xmas09 present from me! :)

amand_r: YES. BOOK IT. Do you have a link? Maybe we can get other people to enroll.

I was gonna ask if you wanted it to be just us, or if I should open up the invite to some other peeps? Might be more fun if we can take a majority control of the class!

Hopefully Gaynor's is better at teaching classes than booking them--just left them the second message in two days that I need them to call me back to get scheduled (you can't book online if you're using WPXI certificates). Will. NOT. Be. Twarted!!! :)
