Dean is the shorter, hotter one. Sam is the taller, head-move-y guy. That's how I tell them apart. (Jared Padalecki -- Sam -- likes to move his head in tiny twitches to convey emotion. Every emotion, but most typically "I am trying to be a BAMF." It just makes him look even younger to me. Poor guy.)
