Agreed. My Dead Like Me/TW fic was just in the same universe -- I couldn't get the voices of the characters so I just used the DLM rules.

I actually loved the movie, but I notice that most people hate the things I love. I didn't mind that they replaced Daisy, because the George-Reggie plotline was so fucking gorgeous.

Really? (That's a hopeful "really" -- I don't have many DLM friends so I haven't heard much about it, except no Rube and a replaced Daisy). Aw, George. I loved her growth across the seasons.

I didn't like the Reaper plotline, and there is a lot to be desired in parts of it but George's plot is beautiful, and the very ending, I thought was apt. Vary vary apt.
