Also, if you didn't know, you can buy generic sleeping pills instead of benadryl - most OTC sleep aids are benadryl (double check the ingridents to make sure they're not throwing some thing extra in). The blue 'sleeping pills' are about half the price of the pink 'anti-allergy' pills.
