Holy shit, pathetic fallacy
Jul. 2nd, 2009 11:03 am1. Kwanalicious: Do you like croissanwiches?
Amand-r: YES. I DO!
Kwanalicious: Better than baguettewiches?
Amand-r: HELLS YEAH.
Kwanalicious: What about tatties and neeps?
Amand-r: FUCK YEAH TATTIES AND NEEPS!
Kwanalicious: I myself have never partaken of both tatties and neeps in one course.
But I imagine they taste something not unlike heaven.
Amand-r: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. GET THEE TO A GROCERS, WOMAN. TAT AND NEEP YOURSELF!
Kwanalicious: lol.
EDIT: I am totally having croissanwiches for dinner tonight. DECISION MADE.
2. Now, I'm not one for Ben N Jerry's, normally, because of the price and I'm not much of an ice cream person, but the new flavor Imagine Whirled Peace? YES AND THANK YOU. I now have quadrupled in size.
3. Modern-Day Martin Luther Nails 95 Comment Cards To IHOP Door: "This house is no longer a house of pancakes—it is a house of lies."
4. …yeah. Okay.
Amand-r: YES. I DO!

Date: 2009-07-02 03:17 pm (UTC)I have turnips on my shopping list, even though we never eat them, just because in Scottish Gaelic, turnip is sneip (pronounced snape - my shopping list is in Scottish Gaelic because I'm trying to learn the language. It is not in Irish because their word for turnip isn't snape, and I want to keep Snape on my lists).

That's sweet. I used to have a listening schedule with NPR'S This American Life and Wait...Wait Don't Tell Me and Car Talk. DON'T JUDGE. MAH HOUSE IS MADE OF GLASS.
I think I have three months of unlistened to podcasts on my itunes. And the Radio plays. And Into the Shadows. Bah.

That had to be one massive tip. On the table. In currency.
