This is the scariest icon I have.
In hononr of Halloween, and keeping in mind that I have not read the Twilight series (and so I misunderstood a basic element of the sparkliness), and only know of it as Sparkledammerung, over in
amonitrate's LJ I have written Methos and Duncan as accidental Twilight vampires.
Crack. I shall write more of it today. Give me mini prompts that I can write in this post in the comments. anything Halloweeen related, any fandom I do (see fandoms list), and any crossovers you like.
BTW, I currently have 7 outstanding meme stories from as far back as January. I have not forgotten them. November to Feb is my writing season. Like Mallomars.
Currently:
Psych: Gus and Shawn Trick Or Treat
Harry Potter: Shawn of the Dead Zombie!Dumbledore

Ha! Erm... Zombie!Dumbldore?
Re: A prompt, as you requested.
Shawn sighed. "It was inspired, Gus. The perfect before and after." He clipped the package of Hostess treats to the pulley zip line and sat back into his chair readjusting the Bluetooth on his ear.
"I was the after!" Gus said in a firm but brusque tone. "You made me walk around on my knees all night!" Then he slammed down the handset and turned his chair to the window. "And I'm not talking to you over the phone when we're in the same room," he added.
"I was in the kitchen when I called you," Shawn defended, wondering if this time Gus was going to try to back out. He had to go with him. They didn't have a case, they didn't have dates, Gus had already finished his route, and this was the only night of the year when all the residents of Santa Barbara willingly parted with Mallomars and Cabbage Patch Kids.
Perhaps bribery was needed. Wasn't free candy worth it in and of itself?
Shawn depressed the button and the snack cakes sailed over to Gus and dangled on the line above his head. Gus pointedly ignored it.
"I cannot be bribed with tasty dessert treats, Shawn."
Shawn smiled. "Ah, but they're not for eating, my friend. They're templates."
Gus's face fell. "Shawn, I am not dressing up as a Ho-Ho!"
Zombie Dumbledore.
Harry tapped Severus knee as he stood up from the couch. "I'm going to go pop out back."
Severus looked up from his reading. "Really? Weren't you just out there two days ago?"
Harry shuffled his feet. "Yeah, but I feel bad if I don't say hello every day."
Severus rolled his eyes but didn't say anything as Harry left the room, sauntered through the kitchen and out the back door. He crossed the small yard to the shed in the back, recently home to gardening equipment that they never used. Said gardening tools were still scattered about the yard, as they still hadn't a place to put them now that she shed was.... occupied.
Dumbledore looked up when he opened the door, and the house of chocolate frog card that he had been building collapsed onto the cardboard table in a gust of wind.
"Hallo, Sir, how are you today?" Harry asked, sitting down opposite him and collecting the cards in his hands.
Dumbledore offered him a card of himself. "Uhhhhhghgggh."
Harry looked at the animated Dumbledore on the card and couldn't help but be wistful. He wondered if Albus recognized himself moving on the paper. Harry reached across the table to gather more cards and Dumbledore lunged for his arm.
"Hey! None of that," he admonished, and Dumbledore seemed to shrug before returning to the collection of wizard cards in front of them. For a split second Harry contemplated that they, flat and moving on pieces of paper, were more alive than the man in front of him ever would be again.
